Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

- Orders of 1–2 sticks: €6.99 (Europe) / $7.99 (rest of the world)

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check your delivery status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT for customers in the European Union.

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland — the displayed price does not include local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Briyva has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

If you refuse to pay customs charges, the package may be returned to us or destroyed by customs. In such cases, Briyva is not responsible for refunding shipping costs or product value.

Delays and Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@briyva.com and we'll look into it immediately.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at support@briyva.com before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Briyva is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
